SevaDeep (an initiative of the Relfor Foundation, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use sevadeep.in and how we use it.

Account details — name, email, phone number, and password when you register as a donor, volunteer, or NGO.
Donation information — items donated, pickup addresses, and payment details processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay).
Usage data — pages visited, device, and browser information collected via cookies and analytics.

How We Use Your Information

To facilitate donations and connect you with verified NGOs.
To coordinate goods pickups and volunteer activities.
To issue 80G tax-exemption receipts where applicable.
To send service updates, and (with consent) newsletters.
To improve our platform and prevent fraud or misuse.

Sharing Your Information

We share your information only with the verified NGOs you choose to support, our logistics and payment partners, and where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors and is never stored on our servers.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us. You can also opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in any email.
