By accessing or using SevaDeep (an initiative of the Relfor Foundation), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. NGOs must be legally registered and pass our verification process before listing on the platform.

2. Donations

• Donated goods must be clean, usable, and accurately described. We reserve the right to decline items that are unsafe or unfit for reuse.
• Monetary donations are processed through our payment partner and are, where eligible, non-refundable once a receipt is issued.
• 80G tax receipts are issued only for donations to registered entities and subject to applicable law.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, impersonate others, or interfere with its operation. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended.

4. NGO Responsibilities

Verified NGOs are responsible for the accurate use of donations, honoring pickup commitments, and complying with all applicable regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

SevaDeep acts as a facilitator connecting donors and NGOs. We are not liable for the conduct of any third party, though we work diligently to verify and monitor our partners.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
